Pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., On Consumer Protection, as amended, and Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Dispute Resolution, I inform my clients - consumers (i.e. physical persons who do not act in the course of their business) on the possibility of out-of-court settlement of a possible dispute.
